What you need

If your house was hit by a natural disaster, fire or water damage, or you were a victim of a theft, you need a fire or incident report from the appropriate authorities.
How to submit a claim

Receipts or documentation of any additional living expenses if your home isn't safe to stay at - hotel and food expenses, for example.

Create a list of your damaged belongings and show proof of ownership (receipts, pictures, credit card statements...)
