Terms and Conditions for the "Your Pet Deserves These Cool Prizes" Giveaway

• Eligibility:
  The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States.
  Participants must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their state of residence.
  Employees, directors, and agents of Kanguro Insurance, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

• How to Enter:
  Follow @kanguro_insurance on Instagram.
  Share the giveaway post on your Instagram stories and tag @kanguro_insurance. If your profile is private, send a screenshot via direct message.
  Comment on the giveaway post explaining why you want to win the prize for your pet, and specify whether it is a cat or a dog.
  Each comment counts as an entry. You can comment multiple times to increase your chances of winning.

• Giveaway Period:
  The giveaway begins on August 26 and ends on September 6.
  All entries must be received by the end date.
  Winner Selection:
  One winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries.
  The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram within 3 days of the giveaway end date.
  If the winner does not respond within 3 days of notification, a new winner will be selected.

• Prizes:
  One winner will receive:Cool Cat Kit: An anti-anxiety bed, litter mat, cat carrier, harness and leash, scratching post, litter scoop, litter box, 5 collars, nail clipper, hair remover, cat brush, 2 catnip toys, feather toy, spring feather toy, cat bowls, and cat gym.
  Good Doggie Treats: A goodies box from @roampets including Chew and Play Cape Ostrich, Grassland Venison, and Chew and Chill Cape Ostrich.

• General Conditions:
  No purchase is necessary to enter.
  Kanguro Insurance reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to have violated these terms and conditions.
  Kanguro Insurance is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, or misdirected entries.
  This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  By participating in this giveaway, participants agree to these terms and conditions and the decisions of Kanguro Insurance, which are final and binding in all respects.
  Kanguro Insurance reserves the right to modify or cancel this giveaway at any time and for any reason.

• Release of Liability:
  By participating in this giveaway, participants release Kanguro Insurance and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

• Privacy:
  Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this giveaway and notifying the winner.
  By participating in this giveaway, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with the Kanguro Insurance privacy policy.
